• We provide candidate referrals but do not guarantee candidate suitability
• You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence on candidates
• All hiring decisions and employment terms are your sole responsibility

9. IT Services

For clients engaging our IT services:

• Services will be provided according to separate service agreements
• Fees and payment terms will be specified in individual contracts
• We will use reasonable efforts to provide services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes

10. Disclaimers
